Clarence "Sandy" Weaver

Clarence ''Sandy'' Weaver, 83, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024.  

Sandy was preceded in death by his parents, Clarenton “Bud” and Virginia Weaver, and his brother, Robert Weaver.

His legacy lives on through those who knew and loved him. He shared 63 years of love and commitment with Darlene, his wife and high school sweetheart. He was a loving father to his daughter Cyndi (John) Gargan, and Pap to two grandsons whom he adored, Zachary (Haley) Gargan and Matthew (Carly) Gargan. He was also Pap to 4 great-grandchildren, Reid, Summer, Mabel and Kellan. 

Sandy retired from WABCO after 37 years, and BVASD after 7 years. In retirement he enjoyed woodworking, creating beautiful pieces for family and friends. 

Sandy is survived by his loving wife, Darlene, a daughter Cyndi (John) Gargan, two grandsons Zachary (Haley) Gargan and Matthew (Carly) Gargan, and four great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish his memory are brother-in-laws, Dennis (Susan) Etherington and Richard (Diane) Etherington and numerous nieces and nephews.
