Dale W. Heltebran

Dale W. Heltebran, 80, of Rostraver Township died Saturday, March 23, 2024 in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.  Born in Mount Pleasant on August 17, 1943, he was the son of the late Joseph R. and Vera (Brewer) Heltebran.

A true farmer at heart, Dale loved farming. He was a member of the First Church of God in West Newton, and he enjoyed collecting model tractors and loved his antique cars.  

He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. (Everett) Heltebran; daughter, Amanda J. (Dakota) Sheppick; brother-in-law, Terry (Rose) Everett; sister-in-law, Verna (Daniel) George; niece; Lisa J. (Todd) Lupold; nephews, Christopher (Alice) Fisher and Terry (Shannon) Everett Jr; great nephews, Evan Lupold and Owen Lupold; and great nieces, Brianna Everett, Sara Fisher and Lexi Fisher.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Darla J. Gallo.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Beth Dunlap officiating.  Interment will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery.
