Dennis E. Frye Sr.

Dennis E. Frye, Sr., 78, of Plum Boro, died Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Born in Pittsburgh on June 11, 1945, he was the son of the late Clayton L. and Alma V. (Baker) Frye.

Dennis was an electrician and worked for Ford Motor Co. in Detroit, MI for 30 years. He was a member and Past Master of the Plymouth Rock Lodge No. 47 F&AM and was also a member of Plum Creek Lodge No. 799 F&AM, Plum PA. He was a member of the Elks.  He honorably served his country the U.S. Navy for 9 years.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara L. (Mullen) Frye; son, Dennis E. (Jenny) Frye Jr. of Springfield, IL; daughters, Kathie (Cortney) Hodge of North Versailles and Michelle Simmons of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Nicolle, Megan, Becca, Michael, Madeline, Braden, Cortney (CJ), Matthew, Connor, Londyn and Elizabeth; great grandchildren, Teagan, Peyton, Trevor

Noah, Dominic and Ophelia; and sisters, Elsie Curry of Glasgow, PA and Sherrie Dixon of Winter Haven, FL. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jean, Mona, Bill and John.
