Diana Gratta

Diana Lynn Gratta, 61, of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township) died Sunday, April 19, 2015 in her home surrounded by her family . Born in Monessen on October 12, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Ned and Bertha "Betty" (Augustine) Stancato. She graduated from Monessen High School in 1971 and went on to earn her Bachelors degree at California University of PA in 1975.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who took great pride in caring for her whole family's needs. She enjoyed planting and growing flowers. The greatest joy of her life was taking care of and playing with her grandson Tyler.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Paul Gratta; daughter, Kimberly (Jamie) Perozzi of Belle Vernon; grandson, Tyler Perozzi; sister, Barbara J. (Chuck) Slicker of Estes Park, CO; nephews, Bill Gratta and David Gratta; and nieces, Melissa Gratta Swanson and Andrea Slicker.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. with Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti officiating.
