Francis R. ''Bud'' Hudock, 82, of Webster, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Webster on May 20, 1938, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Mary E. (Bozik) Hudock.
Bud was a 1956 graduate of Rostraver High School and was a veteran of the U S Army, serving during the Vietnam War Era. For more than 60 years, Bud was the owner of Hudock's Repair Shop in Webster, working first on Volkswagens and ending with lawn mowers. He was a member of the Church of St. Anne, the Rostraver Historical Society, the Sportsmen's Club of Forest County, the Veterans Club of Forest County, the American Legion, LOOM, and was a Social member of the Bovard Fire Department.
He is survived by his brother, Thomas (Lorraine) Hudock; sister, Anita Buckeye; nieces, Kathleen (Erik) Wyland and Debra (Jeff) Lessman; and great nephew, Remington Lessman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph "Cook" Hudock in 2018; and brother-in-law, Joseph "Butch" Buckeye in 2019.
At the request of the family, a private family visitation was held in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com followed by a Blessing Service and Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Anne with Rev. James F. Bump presiding. Interment followed in St. Michaels Cemetery, Donora.
