Freda Anthony

Freda Anthony, 89, of Greensburg, died Friday, February 12, 2021. Born in Sutersville on October 24, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Sherman and Susan (Snyder) Flack.
Freda attended Ella Hollow Bible Church. She taught Sunday school and enjoyed teaching the high school students. She loved to sketch and draw pictures.
She is survived by her sons, David Anthony of Lakeland, Florida and Tim (Valerie) Anthony of Belle Vernon; granddaughter, Kaelyn Anthony; great-grandchildren, Rylee, Rayden and Ryder; longtime friend, Richard Swarlis of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin A. Anthony; son, Mallvern W. Anthony; brother, Larry Flack.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
