George Vargo Jr.

George Vargo Jr., 57, of Belle Vernon, died Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Select Specialty Hospital - McKeesport.Born in North Charleroi on February 3, 1961, he was the son of Anne E. (Randall) Vargo Yohe, who survives and resides in Rostraver and the late George Vargo Sr.
George was the Office Manager for Vogue Limousine.Catholic by faith, he had been a member of the former Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Fayette City.George was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, Godfather and friend. George was very generous, loving and caring. He loved being with family and friends.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Sharon (Sciore) Vargo; son, George Vargo II of Belle Vernon; daughter, Kala Vargo of Indiana, PA; brother, Michael (Erin) Vargo of Monroeville; sisters, Louise “Cis” (Ted) Horrell of Belle Vernon and Karen (Brian) Carr of Belle Vernon, brother-in-law, Scott (Stephanie) Sciore of South Carolina and sister-in-law, Milissa Bruce of New Stanton and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be receivedon Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com Funeral services and interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, the American Kidney Fund, or the American Diabetes Association.
