Harry Griffith

Harry R. Griffith, 90, of Rostraver Township, died Friday, October 30, 2015. Born in Kingwood, WV on May 24, 1925, he was the son of the late Vivan S. and Elizabeth (Knatz) Griffith.
Harry was retired from General Motors and was a member of Fells United Methodist Church and the VFW. He served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie G. (Robert) Bagay of Mount Lebanon; granddaughter, Camellia Bagay; and sisters, Vivian Hirshberg of Bradenton, FL, Audrey Jacobs of Forward Twp., and Barbara Wilderman of Winter Park, FL.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma R. Griffith.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday from10 to 11 a.m. at Mon Valley Memorial Park where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dan Merry officiating. Entombment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
