Herbert Drinkwater

Herbert Drinkwater, 91, of Belle Vernon, died Friday, March 4, 2022. Born in New Eagle on May 21, 1930, he was the son of the late Herbert and Elizabeth (Scanlon) Drinkwater.
Herbert was retired from Wheeling/Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. He honorably served his country in the US Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan D. (Charles N.) Coatsworth of Exton; granddaughter, Kimberly (Raymond) Pirollo; grandson, Charles N. Coatsworth Jr.; great grandchildren, Susanna Pirollo and Raymond Pirollo Jr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Mae (Mourier) Drinkwater in 2018.
At Herberts request, there was no public visitation. Interment was in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
