Ida Mae Berna

Ida Mae Berna, 82, of Rostraver Twp., died Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in Havencrest Nursing Center. Born in North Charleroi on June 28, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John and Grace (Pierce) Stalmah.
A homemaker, Ida Mae was a member of Pricedale Union Church She loved bingo, shopping and going out to lunch, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Frank E. Berna of Naples, Florida; daughters, Ann G. Berna of Rostraver Twp. and Barbara A. (Gregory) Boggs of Perryopolis; four grandsons, Bobby Boggs, Brayden Boggs, Frank Berna III and John Berna; sister, Rosemary (Thomas) Mimidis of Rostraver Twp., as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Ida Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Berna.
Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James J. Mimidis officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
