Jean Magiske

Jean Magiske, 71 , of Rostraver Township, died at her home on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Born in Charleroi on September 26, 1944, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Rita (Ligon) Hertzog.
Jean was a self-employed tax accountant. She was an active member of the Church of St. Anne, where she served as a Counter and was active in the Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians and the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by her daughters, Michelle L. (Thomas) Magiske Treadwell of Perryopolis and Kelly A. (Thomas) Reynolds; four grandchildren, Heath Magiske Treadwell, Katherine Reynolds, Grace Reynolds and Sarah Reynolds; sister, Mary "Ducky" (John) Rosick of Charleroi; five nieces and nephews, Mary Rosick, James Rosick, Richard Rosick, Lynda Misra and Kathleen Chaudhari.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, John Rosick.
Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Blessing Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. in the Church Of St. Anne with Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti presiding. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Charleroi.
