Lynn Ann Hoak

Lynn Ann Hoak, 68, of West Newton, died Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Born in Wilkinsburg on February 6, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Ann (Reed) Kelly.

Lynn was a member of the West Newton United Presbyterian Church and worked at Bianchi Monument Company in West Newton. She was a great Steelers fan and enjoyed watching the bald eagles fly. She especially loved being with her family. 

She is survived by her husband, Arthur H. Hoak Jr.; son, Arthur H. (Jennifer) Hoak III of West Newton; daughter, Amie (Robin) Lash of West Newton; grandchildren, Ashlyn (Shaun) Phillips, Kaelin Hoak, Larry Gould, Alyson Hoak, Arthur H. Hoak IV and Austin Lash; God-daughte, Annie Shackelford; siblings, Robert (Diane) Kelly, Karen (Joe) Deklinski, Gerald Kelly and James (Tina) Kelly; sister-in-law, Wendy Hoak.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Kelly.

At Lynn’s request, there will be no public visitation.

 A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11 a.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com  Interment will be in West Newton Cemetery.
