Michael K. Hampton

Michael K. Hampton, 60, of Pittsburgh died Sunday, March 12, 2017 in the VA Pittsburgh, Healthcare System. Born in Kittanning on April 28, 1956, he was the son of the late Richard C. and Virginia (Kriner) Hampton.
Michael worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Eckerd. He honorably served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his brothers, Richard C. (Nancy) Hampton Jr. of Reading, PA, John P. (Barbara) Hampton of Ocala, FL and William N. (Carole) Hampton of Pineville, NC; sisters, Hope A. (Rev. D. W. "Chip") Norton of Van Meter and Ruth R. (Malek) Iranpour of Lexington, KY; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas K. Hampton.
A private service and interment was held in the Grandview Cemetery, Beaver Falls, PA.
