Norma Jean Petitto

Norma Jean Petitto, 89, of Greensburg, formerly of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, May 17, 2020 in Walnut Ridge Memory Care. Born in Duquesne on January 2, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Wanda (Jaskulski) Meczyenski.
A homemaker, Norma was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver and had also attended Holy Family Church in West Newton. She was very generous in contributing to the United Way and Catholic Charities. She loved playing cards and, at one time, was a member of several local card clubs.
She is survived by her sons, Joseph A. (Janet) Petitto of Woodbridge, VA and Ronald D. (Colleen) Petitto of Charleroi; daughter, Lorraine (David) Young of Daniels, WV; and grandsons, Jared E. Petitto and David Young III.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ilvino J. Petitto on May 5, 2013.
Private family visitation was held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com followed a Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Anne with Rev. James F. Bump presiding and interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
