Teri Joy Mitchell

Teri Joy Mitchell, 66, of Elizabeth, died Friday, February 11, 2022. Born in Trenton, New Jersey on January 26, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Russell H. and Carolyn (Powell) Theobald.
Teri was a District Secretary for the Allegheny County Assistance Office. She was a member of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish - St. Michael Church. She enjoyed watching sports, was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and attended many Steeler games. She loved her grandchildren and especially enjoyed spending time with them.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph A. Mitchell; son, Russell (Dawn) Mitchell of West Newton; daughters, Jessica Mitchell and Wendy Mitchell, both of Elizabeth Twp.; grandchildren, Charli, Emmi, Johnny, Natalie, Brandi and Riley; and her sister, Tami Theobald of Irwin.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Thomas A. Wagner presiding. Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
