Vida R. George

Vida R. George, 65, of Pittsburgh, died on Saturday, February 10, 2018. Born in McKeesport on April 23, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Katherine (Guidos) Rubosky.
Vida was a grant writer for the University of Pittsburgh and retired after working 35 years. She was a very creative person and was an author and an artist.
She is survived by her brothers, Michael A. (Terri) Rubosky, Charles D. (Donna) Rubosky and John Eastman; sisters, Lisa C. (Thomas) Wright, Stephanie L. Rubosky, Elizabeth K. (Paul) Nazarovitch, Irene S. Rubosky, K. Alexis (Patrick) Conners and Bonnie Morris; numerous nieces, nephews and great nephews; as well as her furry feline babies.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
