Violet R. Panczyn

Violet R. Panczyn, 82, of Rostraver Township, died Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in Cherry Tree Nursing Center. Born in Perryopolis on June 16, 1936, she was the daughter of the late David and Edna (Taylor) Richter.
A homemaker, Violet attended Olive Branch Baptist Church in Rostraver Township.
She is survived by her sons, William D. (Maggie) Hoffman, Robert C. (Margaret) Hoffman and Paul E. (Candy) Hoffman; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Carl Richter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Panczyn on December 10, 1999.
There will be no public visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 17th at 10 a.m. in the Olive Branch Cemetery Chapel, State Route 981, Rostraver Township with Pastor Ken Sommerfeldt officiating.
